Lactation Consultation
A lactation consultation is a personalized session aimed at providing guidance and support for breast/chestfeeding. During the consultation, you'll receive advice tailored to your specific needs and concerns. Topics covered may include latch and positioning, milk supply management, pumping techniques, mixed feeding, and addressing any challenges.
Each visit also includes two weeks of follow-up support by text, email, or phone, so you’re not on your own after the consultation.
*** A travel fee may apply if you are outside of the following cities: Crystal River, Inverness, Lecanto, Beverly Hills, Hernando, Homosassa, Citrus Springs, & Dunnellon.

Pump Consultation
During the consultation, we’ll go over how to use your pump, help size you for flanges, answer any questions you have, and provide tips for making pumping easier and more comfortable.

Return to Work Plan
A return-to-work lactation plan is a plan designed to help parents who are returning to work after having a baby and want to continue breast/chestfeeding or pumping. Please note that if you need support outside of returning to work, you should schedule a full lactation consultation.
